How to set fingerprint on Google Pixel

  1. Open quick settings by swiping down from the top of your screen.

If you want, you can add the other fingerprint when you see “fingerprint added!” on the screen where you can tap add another, or tap DONE if you have done already.   5. Make the change you want: #Tap Add fingerprint if you want to add a new fingerprint. #Tap an existing fingerprint and then Delete if you want to delete a fingerprint. #Tap an existing fingerprint, type a new name, and tap OK if you want to rename a fingerprint.

How to stop using fingerprint on Google Pixel

• Use only PIN, pattern, or password

  2. Under personal, tap Security
  3. Choose Pixel Imprint.
  4. Scan your fingerprint or use your backup screen lock method.
  5. Tap the name of a fingerprint and then tap Delete.
  6. Repeat step 5 for all listed fingerprints.

  1. Click on gear icon to open Settings app on your device.
  2. Under “Personal,” tap Security
  3. Select Screen lock.
  4. Choose None or Swipe.
After choosing None or Swipe for your screen lock, all added fingerprints will be deleted. Besides all mentioned function of fingerprint, you can also use the fingerprint reader on the back of the phone as a touchpad to pull down your notification shade with a quick swipe from any screen. The feature is turned off by default, but whenever you need it you can switch this feature on easily: Open Settings > Moves > Enable Swipe for Notifications.
